Refund Policy

We aim to deliver a high-quality service, but due to the nature of digital subscriptions and the operational costs involved in simulating queries through third-party AI engines, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

1. Subscriptions

When you subscribe via Paddle, you are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Paddle receipt or by contacting us.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial months of service.
  • Unused portions of your subscription.
  • Dissatisfaction with results, unless due to service malfunction.

3. Exceptional Cases

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges.
  • Proven billing errors.
